Our next 12 week small group programme is starting on September 3rd with a deadline of August 31st to apply OR until all spaces go (which will happen fast)

Our fantastic trainer Lindsay will take you through the 12 weeks to help you get in the best shape possible

You will have a community of people in the exact same position as you to help keep you motivated and accountable throughout the process
